We know you want clear goggles fast. Orders placed on SwimDefog.com are processed within 1 business day and shipped promptly so DeFROGGER is in your hands as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been handed off to the carrier.

We ship within the United States. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight and destination at checkout. Free shipping thresholds may apply – check the cart for current promotions.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time through swimdefog.com.

For international customers, DeFROGGER may be available through Amazon’s international marketplace. Visit Amazon.com and search “DeFROGGER” to check availability in your region.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website (USPS.com or UPS.com depending on the method selected).

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for it to become active in the carrier’s system.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and a description of the issue (and photos if the package is damaged).

  • Damaged items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion
  • Lost packages will be investigated with the carrier before a replacement is issued
  • SwimDefog is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing – please check with neighbors or your building management first

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. SwimDefog is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at scott@diverobotix.com – if the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to correct it.

If you purchased DeFROGGER through Amazon, your order is fulfilled and shipped according to Amazon’s shipping policies and timelines. For Amazon order inquiries, please use Amazon’s order management system or contact us through the Amazon messaging platform.
