SwimDefog (also marketed as DeFROGGER) is a brand operated by DiveRobotix LLC, based in Lake Tahoe, Nevada. We sell plant-based anti-fog spray products for swim goggles, scuba masks, and other eyewear. Our products are available through our website at swimdefog.com, defrogger.com, and through authorized third-party retailers including Amazon.

Acceptance of Terms

Products & Intended Use

Our anti-fog sprays are formulated for use on swim goggles, scuba masks, and similar eyewear. They are not intended for use on:

• Prescription eyeglasses or contact lenses
• Broken, cracked, or compromised lens surfaces
• Any purpose other than anti-fog treatment of goggle and mask lenses

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as shown at checkout. By placing an order, you represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued promptly.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. SwimDefog is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Shipping carriers may experience delays outside our control
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love DeFROGGER. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

• Unopened products may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping)
• Opened products that are defective or damaged will be refunded or replaced at our discretion
• We do not accept returns on products purchased through third-party retailers - please contact that retailer directly
